  Human Rights Policy  
      
  With dedication to its commitment on maintaining employee basic human rights, protecting their legal rights and interests, also creating a workplace with dignity, Longchen complies with the local laws and regulations wherever its business sites are to support and uphold employee human and legal rights in consistency with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations, the United Nations Global Compact, the International Labor Organization Convention, and other internationally recognized human rights conventions and standards to build up the spirit of friendly, impartially, reasonably, and respectfully treatment to all of its employees. This Human Rights Policy applies to the Company and its subsidiaries, joint ventures, suppliers, business partners, and other affiliates that the Company has substantial control domestically and overseas.  
Implementations with guidance:
  1. Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Employment Opportunities Without Discrimination
    For purposes of assuring employees’ equal opportunity in employment, employers are prohibited from differential treating or discriminating and harassing against any employee on the basis of gender (including sexual orientation), race, class, age, marital status, language, thought, religion, political party, place of origin, place of birth, appearance, facial features, and disability.
  2. Healthy and Safe Workplace Development
    Develop a healthy and safe workplace, as well as first aid measures whenever necessary to help decrease health and safety hazards which might affect employees at work and occupational risks.
  3. Fair and Reasonable Compensation and Work Conditions
    Protect labor rights and labor relations containing harmonious interaction, carrying out fair recruitment, remuneration and benefits, trainings, as well as assessment and promotion criteria.
  4. No Hiring Child Labor and No Forced Labor
    With law compliance of the local labor laws and regulations, the Company does not hire child labors pursuant to laws governing the minimum age requirement; the Company also cares for and manages employee attendance, either no forced labor
  5. Ethical operation and protection of the rights and interests of stakeholders
    Protect stakeholders' rights and interests from unfaithful and mistrust conduct.
  6. Privacy Protection
    The Company observes the laws and regulations related to the protection of personal data, ensures that collection, process and use of personal data complies with the laws and regulations to protect and safeguard the rights and interests therein.
  7. Employee Complaint System and Channel
    The Company has set up various communication channels for employee to report problems and responds them actively for protection of employee rights and interests, such as employee care post box, labor meetings, employee benefits committee meeting, labor union, and HR bulletin.
  8. Give assistance to Employees in Maintaining Physical and Psychological Health and Balance between Life and Work
    Take care of employees’ regular body examination. promote preventive measures for various diseases, so as to reduce potential risks on health; provide employee with diversity activities to facilitate collegial interaction.
  9. Implementations on Educational Training of Human Rights
    Launch educational trainings on human rights and broadcast on the importance, so as to enhance employees and suppliers' awareness on human rights.
  10. Due Diligence on Human Rights
    In face of changeable situation, view and assess human rights-related risks, practices, and impact regularly to give feedback on stakeholders’ needs.
