	Stakeholder Engagement
		Longchen has adopted the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard, which encompasses five key principles: Accountability, Influence, Relevance, Diversity of Perspectives, and Dependence. Building on our practices from the previous year, we have continued to evaluate the relationship between Longchen and its stakeholders based on the experiences and assessments of department heads and colleagues, as well as the evaluation conducted by the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Through this analysis, we have identified several stakeholders with a high level of engagement in the current year. These stakeholders include employees, suppliers/contractors, government agencies, customers, local communities, investors/shareholders, banks, and the media.
		Longchen has established comprehensive communication channels to engage with thesestakeholders and effectively communicate and respond to their reasonable expectations and interests.
		Communication with various stakeholders was reported to the board of directors on May 12, 2012.

Color:	White water vapor (Backlight or it looks gray on a rainy day)
State:	Water vapor exhausted from the chimney will quickly condense and dissipate when encountering the air, and the smoke column is very short (water vapor dissipates slower on rainy days, and the smoke column will be elongated)

Color:	Black, light blue, reddish brown
State:	Smoke column elongated and do not dissipate along time
